Pierre is 37 yo, born and raised in Auvergne, France, usually works as en engineer, and has been rigorously nurturing a passion for beer brewing over 10 years.
Initially self-taught, Pierre followed a vocational training course in 2023 to consolidate his practical knowledge.
With Basalte Brewery, Pierre wanted to share his passion and offer an alternative, freeing himself from the economic and scale constraints that may limit creativity and quality.
