“Pouzzolane” (Pozzolana in English) is a natural rock which is released by volcanic eruptions. We’re not here to give a lecture on geology, but you should know that the pozzolanic property is the main reason for the good preservation of the buildings of the Roman Empire.

In winter, when it’s so cold that road salts are ineffective, pozzolana is spread on the roads to guarantee their grip. Pouzzolane beer is a deeply sour beverage, brewed from fruits and organic malts, acidified from a controlled lactobacillus contamination, and slowly fermented.

An explosive beer that hits taste buds like a lemon, ending on a dry and fruit-forward strawberry finish.
